All-inclusive new tenancy establishment fee

Maximum of one new tenancy establishment fee per year

Healthy Homes compliance report

Includes initial assessment, compliance quotes, and updates until the property meets regulations

10% project management fee
Applied to all external maintenance and invoices

Property Management Fee

6.5% + GST per week

Weekly or monthly statement, keeping you up to date
